We are still struggling with what and how to do currency in the world. What is the best way to do it? The best way to do it, is to focus all your intentions around giving to those who are truly kind. As we look for, and focus that way, we will be supporting those systems which support others, and in doing so, the system will thrive. When we follow patterns where we are giving to those who are unkind, there will always be patch up, and more patch up, and more patch up giving needed, because unkindness generates this need. It is based on greed, so greed will always need to take more. One of the best places I can see where kindness lives, is in organics, because the people who are working organically are working with the Earth, the sky, the minerals, the plants, the animals, the community, and the systems necessary to keep it all going. Another way is supporting people like Bob Sawyer (remember him in the Rare Fruit Club?), he was a person who was bringing information to people in a very kind way. He was a living example of kindness in the community. Another was Mr. Chapin of Chapin Music Store. Remember him? He was a person in the community who was bringing education, outreach and kindness to each day. He also loved his garden. Let's find these very special kindness businesses and people and give them our support in every way. As we do that, these kind people will turn that back into the community, because by it's very nature, kindness supports all that is. Following kindness instead of greed will bring us sustainability.

There is so much going on in the world right now, and I think of that Chinese curse, "May you live in interesting times". It is interesting to be in these times, and to experience the possibilities contrasted with fixed juxtapositions of greed, hate and the like. It makes me continue to go in and refine what would be the best for the future, and let go of those places in myself that are attached to old structures of greed and hate. Do my clothes reflect this anywhere? Does my house? My car? Do my habits reflect this anywhere? To realize that greed and hate have taken us as a country to the brink of destruction is hard to look at, because we are so conditioned by commercials and the like to think that everything we do which is connected to greed and hate is just fine. It is time to wake up and realize that the greed and hate reality didn't do much for the world of lasting value.

I am always surprised to read magazine articles about people who are stressed out, and have no time for anything but pressure, and they always assume that everyone is living this way. Why are people choosing to live this way? It is a choice, how we move, where we move, and what we dream, and dreams us. To not be conscious in my own dream, would be very sad. I feel the pressure of nothing in society, because society doesn't run my life, I do. What I feel the pressure of, is to choose properly. To choose love. To choose the one thing that would make a difference. To choose to live my life as it should be lived. And to wake up about the things I need to wake up about. In that way, I am able to align with governance from above (higher self and Creator) and an awareness of the Earth and all that is. To do this, is to hold my home within, and to know that all I really have is my love.
